We provide a full range of project management services that starts from the conception of the client’s brief to the handing over and subsequent maintenance of the completed project during the Defects Liability Period (DLP)

Our services here include:

1.  Assisting the client in conceptualizing the client’s brief and requirements.
2. Engaging all consultants required for the project and subsequent transmittal of the design brief and communication.3.   Formulating the tender process and subsequent tender reviews and interviews of the project.
4. Assisting the client in the tender negotiation and the preparation of the tender contract.
5. Setting out and confirming the construction schedule.
6. Monitoring, supervising and coordinating the contractors during the execution of the works.
7. Assisting the client in the submission and processing of the various procedures to adhere to getting the requirements of the FSB and governmental agencies of the PRC.
8. Representing the client during coordination meetings between the contractors or governmental agencies.
9. Responding to client’s requests during the DLP.
