Our services here include:

Conceptual Design & Space planning

1.   Assist the Client in the formulation of his Brief based on his requirements and expectations.

2.   Prepare drawing & images to establish design concept for space planning.

Design Development:

1.   Develop approved design concept to describe the size and character of the interior design. Prepare rendered drawings including Key Plans, Elevations, Color Perspectives, Lighting Plan and M&E requirement for inclusion.

2.   Prepare materials specifications, color schemes and materials  selections for the Client’s final endorsement .Present finishes boards including Colors and material samples, proposed furniture and loose items, Fixtures and accessories.

Construction Documentation:

1.   Prepare drawings for tender including Layout Plans, Reflected Ceiling Plans, Furniture Plan, Elevations, Sections and details, Finishes plans.

2.   Prepare the Final Cost Estimate with 5-10% accuracy.

3.   Prepare Construction Specifications indicating material quality and workmanship, terms and form of contract and bills of materials without Quantities.

Project Management / Follow up:

We will be responsible for the entire coordination, supervision, design, construction management and hand over of the premises to the Client.
