Our services to the client in a pure construction role include:

1. Documents & drawings submission to the local government/statutory authorities is Fire service bureau, Building authority and SHE authority.
2. Evaluate construction plans and project any contingencies that may evolve in the project.
3. Setting out the construction Master Schedule for the various fitting out activities.
4. Establishing construction methods and quality standards.
5. Reaffirming quality control/quality assurance.
6. Conduct regular site meetings with sub-contractors, consultants and client to achieve the project in accordance to time, cost and quality.
7.   Conduct site inspections with consultant and the client.
8. Prepare and conduct all necessary liaison activities with the FSB and all necessary governmental agencies.
9. Prepare of a facility user manual to the client to assist in his continuing use of the renovated premises.
10. A full and committed after-sales service team to answer all requests from the client with relation to the constructed works within the Defects Liability Period(DLP).
